Our team works across the U.S., ensuring engineering specs are met, and we're looking to add a Construction Site Oversight Specialist to monitor site operations and assist engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.
• Conduct on-site testing including but not limited to, Nuclear Density Testing, DCP (Dynamic Cone Penetrometer) and ERP (Electrical Resistivity Profiling) testing.
• Collect a variety of soil samples and deliver them to the soil testing lab for testing.
• Prepare and maintain detailed field documentation of activities completed.
• Support field engineers by providing data, insights, and on-site problem-solving.
• Monitor contractor activities, ensuring timelines, safety protocols, and standards are met.
• Perform site visits to confirm quality control, and escalate issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (field of study is flexible).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to project needs.
• Ability and desire to work outdoors and travel.
• Knowledge of field-testing equipment and engineering specs preferred but not required.
