ANS Geo, Inc. was established in 2005, and continue to provide geotechnical engineering services, limited drilling services, and materials testing in both public and private sectors.
Completing more than 1,200 projects, we had the privilege to work on transportation & infrastructure, Commercial & Industrial Buildings, Waterfront & Marine Ports, Water & Wastewater, Oil & Gas, Power Transmission, Solar, Wind, and Federal projects.
ANS Geo’s geotechnical engineering team works with Clients that are local and nationwide to provide geotechnical engineering services such as conducting subsurface investigation programs, foundation review, design analysis, and recommendations, retaining wall systems design and recommendations, earthwork analysis and recommendations, forensic studies and investigations, slope stability analysis and recommendations, seismic review and evaluations, and pavement analysis design. Geotechnical Construction Inspection
ANS Geo’s geotechnical engineers and inspectors are experienced in performing geotechnical engineering related construction inspections. We provided QA/QC services on projects to ensure the construction methods and procedures are being performed as per project drawings and specifications. ANS Geo’s engineering team has the capabilities of performing non-destructive/non-intrusive geophysical surveys to assist with geotechnical design, project planning and feasibility studies and current construction
projects. ANS Geo can provide the following geophysical services:
•   Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) SurveyÂ
•   Electrical Resistivity Tomography (ERT)
•  Multichannel Analysis of Surface Waves (MASW)

Renewables Engineering
ANS Geo’s engineering team has been working on various sizes of energy projects within the past two years. This includes performing pile load (pull-out) testing, geotechnical investigations, and value engineering foundation elements for solar projects. We also provide civil engineering design services for preparation of Site Plan Applications to secure local permitting approvals, for solar energy, onshore and offshore wind, and battery storage projects. For more details, please see the Renewables Engineering Section here.
Our in-house drilling capacity addresses a variety of surface and subsurface conditions for local projects within the Tri-State area. ANS Geo drilling fleet consists of two track-mounted drill rigs, Geoprobe 7822DT and Acker XLS. For more details, please see Drilling Services Section here.
Our partner, ANS Consultants, Inc., has an accredited material testing laboratory, which provides various known engineering industry standard laboratory testing services for mid-to-large size projects.
