ANS Geo now provides civil engineering design services for preparation of Site Plan Applications to secure local permitting approvals, for residential, private commercial/retail site development, municipal, government, and educational (K-12 & College/University) projects.
Well-versed in the New York’s State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR), municipal permitting process, land use, planning, zoning, and real estate entitlement.
We provide representation at local Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, and Town Board meetings. Our team is experienced in applying compliance and permitting regulations of applicable regulatory agencies at the federal, state, & local levels including the NYSDEC, USACE, USFWS, NYSPSC, APA, EPA, NYSOPHRP (SHPO) & NYSDOT.
We also provide construction management/administration/observation services.
