Eric W. Pauli, PE

Principal Engineer

Eric has several years of technical and management experience in the civil engineering field, specifically on geotechnical investigation and design projects. His project responsibilities range from project and staff management to providing engineering designs and recommendations on geotechnical projects.

From early on in his career, Eric has also gained extensive experience in field oversight for various geotechnical, landfill, and environmental projects. Eric’s technical project responsibilities have included geotechnical and foundation design, construction recommendations, investigations, ground improvement oversight, landfill remediation and design assistance, stormwater management, construction oversight, soil testing oversight, recycling studies, and providing engineering computations.

Since 2018, Eric has been heavily involved with geotechnical engineering within the renewables market industry, including direct management of or support on over three (3) Gigawatts of combined solar developments, as well as several wind energy projects.

While typical project responsibilities within the sector include management of geotechnical programs and geotechnical design recommendations, they have also spanned everything from desktop feasibility studies to implementation of pile load testing programs with associated foundation designs for several portfolios of projects.

Aside from spending time with his wife, newborn daughter, and family, Eric likes traveling, going to the beach, exercising regularly, and playing softball and lacrosse in local recreational leagues.
